Shipping Info

Most standard custom orders are shipped within 10 business days after proof approval for US and 10-21 business days for international shipping.  Non-standard custom orders are shipped within 14 days for US and 28 days for international.

  • Shipping costs vary by size and location and will be determined based on weight and delivery time using USPS or UPS shipping rates.
  • International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country.   These charges are the responsibility of the purchesor and payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.

Changes to Orders

EcoStiks cannot guarantee we will process your email for a request to change an order before it is printed and shipped.  However, when possible, we will accommodate your request.

Returns

We want you to feel satisfied about your purchase!

If you are not happy with your EcoStiks™, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your EcoStiks™. We will be unable to replace or refund any orders brought to our attention after 15 days of confirmed delivery. 

We will do whatever it takes to make you feel good about your purchase and fix any issues with the quality of your order. 

Keep in mind each EcoStik is handcrafted with love and may vary in size, shape and color.

Lost or Damaged

UPS is our main shipping partner, and we do our best to ensure timely delivery with production of your order. We will guarantee the quality of your EcoStiks and do our best to get it in the hands of our shipping partners in a timely manner. We are only able to issue refunds for any issues with the quality of your order. Once it’s in the hands of our shipping partners, any delays that impact transit time are not covered as part of our guarantee, and we will not be able to offer refunds for orders delivered late.

We support our partnership with our shipping carrier, UPS, and our teams can advocate on your behalf, should anything happen to an order during shipment. Let us know, and we’ll see what we can do.
